A woman called my private cell, which has been on the Do Not Call Registry for years. I never give that number out. She asked for me by my first name, and launched into a script about whether I was interested in selling my home. I told her I was filing a complaint with the FTC's DNC website, and never to call my number again. I hung up, reported the call, and blocked the number. This is obviously some type of scam, and someone is selling lists of private information. I suspect it could be my long-time cell provider; that's the only way they'd have my name attached to my number that way. Bottom feeders.
