We have received several calls from this number.  If you answer, the line gets disconnected.  If you remain silent, the line stays open until you hang up.  The Caller ID says "MNPPO" which made me think it was Minnesota Probation and Parole" and someone is calling from a jail cell.

I called this number and the automated response is a Fund Raising Center from a Public Safety Organization in the state is attempting to contact you. I gave a donation to the Minnesota Police Peace Officers Association in mid-August so now it appears additional fundraising is being attempted.
