I am getting calls also.  Anyone know who or what this is?

I have received several calls from this nimber without anyone speaking. On the 6:30 p.m. EDST call today a woman who spike broken English said she wanted to compare my car insure price with others to save me money. I told her I was not intetested and hung up. Caller ID says it is Jimmy Ottis; however, it is obviously a call center.

has called several times in the last 2 days- from Minnesota area-I live a long way a-ways. I just don't answer. figure if it is important- the caller will leave a message

Keep calling and when I call back on another line they say sorry didn't mean to call you and hang up but it's a live person

Something about insurance.
