Unsolicited call to cell phone

It IS United Healthcare and they are my insurance company.  If you would check the number you would find out that is their number.

Weird received a text message from this number asking if this is me and no response.

Didn't answer.  Caller left no message. I thought it was a spoofed number and wanted to verify. Used *67 to call the number and a recorded message said United Healthcare  and all representatives were busy but to hold.  Asked if I would take a short survey while waiting. I hung up.  Why would a legitimate business  not leave a message.  Hang up calls are just as annoying as spam calls.  If you have United Healthcare for your insurance carrier you can call on a 800 number directly.
