Oops.  Should've taken this one.  They don't usually leave messages, but why call from a different number than the one posted on your website?  I've had no issues, but I've only done one shop, but I've read the complaints on the BBB site and am very wary of any shops where I have to pay out of pocket with them.

This was a call from Secret Shopper, an business that coordinates secret shoppers. They usually only call if they have a shop that they need done urgently.

I regularly do shops and have had no problems with them.  Do the reports and they send the check.  Usually the phone call is to offer an extra incentive for a shop, extra $5 or so if they really want it done.  I've had them kick in more if it's out of my normal area.
