I was really curious about Who, What and Why I got this call, they also said they wanted to offer me a job working at home and had found my resume on Monster. I believe it was a recording and I was not near the computer to try the website they directed me to.

They left a message stating that they were the human resources dept of some financial institution who found my resume on monster.com. They directed me to IPScard.com/123 to sign up for a conference call or something. It sounds like an MLM scam or something.

I not only got a call from them, but emails as well. They must be searching for keywords on resumes on Monster and Hot Jobs and then sending automatic emails and voice recorded messages.
