\Courtesy call for joining United Healthcare

it appears that United Healthcare has made a decision to piss me off from another telephone number.  Now I get telephone calls from two numbers that I get charged for on my cellular account.

Strange, I already have UnitedHealthCare through my retirement, so why should they be trying to sell me another coverage. Got to be another Telemarketer. Did not answer, left no message.

Pretty sure this is a scammer

The telecommunications company I'm retired from switched my secondary medical insurer from Blue Cross to United Healthcare on 01/01/2017. I received a call from this number today @ 1:08 PM. I answered it and heard a click so I hung up. Maybe it was a "welcome aboard" call.
