collection agents ! threnting to sue !

left a voice mail on my cell phone for some guy I have never heard of, stating they are filing a claim to take this person to court for unpaid debt.  left a case # and phone number to call back.

Just received a message from a coworker that this phone number with a case number was left at the job site, and the tone was urgent and threatening. Just started the job and other than a couple of family members and my employer no one knows I with there.

Received a call, didn't pick it up since I didn't know the number. Message left saying it was for a man who has the same name as my deceased father. Seriously my dad has been gone for 9 years go ahead as serve him papers, let me know what he says.

Called looking for a,Joseph Nelson. I do not know him. Gave me a claim number. Said there was 2 complaints filed on him and would be showing up his place of work
