There are plenty of laws concerning phone calls.
However, criminals do not obey laws ... is that a foreign concept to you?  Do you REALLY expect criminals to obey laws?

I just got a call from that number. No msg. Caller ID location read "United States" WTF???

Rcvd call at 9:08am 1/9/17. No message. Caller Id says United States. I called back & recording stating all circuits are busy.

Keeps calling cell and home phone. leaves no message but if you pick up, goes thru credit card help speel.  this is a phishing call that should be ignored.  Do not call registry is no help and I sure have not seen any money reporting this call. this is another VIOP caller with a very good American female voice to con you.  I am taking up hacking and will find you and your other fake callers.
