Breast Cancer Outreach Foundation out of Utah. It is a recording, but makes you think you are actually talking to live person. Out of every $1.00 donated, a whopping $0.10 goes to the charity with the promise that on your second year donation a whopping $0.23 will go to the charity because after all there are administrative and fund raising expenses! Definitely won't be donating to this bogus charity!
