Received call from man with thick accent trying to get insurance information.  He had my wife's social security number and was trying to get my insurance information and my social security number.  He also had my doctor's information and was trying to get my mailing address and other information.  Supposedly my wife had ordered a wrist bracelet and he was trying to file the insurance paperwork for payment.  He stated my insurance company did not find a record of the patient.
