It's a phone scam for GE security systems, but it is a recording, so your talking to a machine and not only that, there is a delay in answer and that's how I knew. I said I have ge security, then a long pause, asked if it was over three years and I said no, knowing they would want to update the system, click. hung up on me. lol

Called 1Dec2015 @9:09AM PST. Did not answer since I didn't recognize Telecom Cst Srvc and know that telephone company doesn't call about customer service. Suspect another scam agency as my number seems to be circulating among Card Service, Solar Panel, Environmental Service, Donate That Car, Service, Toll Free Caller, Customer Support, Name Not Found, Unavailable, Peoples Assistance and an assortment of other rogues calling in defiance of the DNC listing. Scamming must be very profitable in a depressed economy.
