This is an IRS scam. Indian person ("James Davenport") left long message at my mother's house stating he is calling from Dept. of Legal Affairs and I need to call back to provide my attorney information. I call 760-849-4875. The Indian (now called "Jack Wilson") states he is from the Dept. of Legal Affairs for the Dept. of Treasury and that they are starting proceedings on me and there is a warrant out for my arrest for 2012 tax evasion and tax fraud. he wouldn't provide mroe deatils over the phone over than what he read from some Affidavit that was filed against me, but said that after I hang up, proceedings will begin and a federal agent would be at my house in 45 mins to serve me and arrest me. Long story short, after questioning the many contradictions in his claim, I asked for him to verify his name and IRS id number. He disconnected call. I called him back but he let it ring. I called back again and received busy signal. My sister called from her cell and he picked up and thought it was me and said he's already dealt with me. We proceeded to question him again and he called us B*** and hung up. She tried to call him back, but received busy signal. I called from my work number and he answered. I asked him to verify his name, he said it was "Officer Keith Wilson" and I said oh, first you said it was James, then Jack and now Officer Keith. He hung up on me. I called back and he picked up and hung up. I called again and I received a busy signal. Apparently they block your number once you catch on. I'm going to keep calling from different phones. He picked the wrong person.
