call from this number. Especially at late hours. when picked a machine spoke???

Same Problem over here. Really annoying

Called a machine spoke and gave a certian code and kept repeating it

This number called in Romania.... strange

this is from WhatsApp application when you activate service. the app calls you and tell you the activation number. i did it this morning and forget about it and saw this number and google it. several people say that the message says numbers. the above message from romania is me. this is a VOIP number. virtual number. so computers make mistakes and call somebody else.
