Looks like a new spoofed number from solar spammer land. Block it.

Called my DNC home line. No message. Blocked this number too.

This number called and did not leave a message.  I called back and an answering machine message came on and it was a recording from The Fockers movie, where the guy is recording a voice message.

No message.  Caller ID was Escondido, CA...  also received a call from 760-546-9388 (same area code and prefix) 3 weeks ago (no message from that call either).

I picked up the phone and just got clicking noises and dead air. Like "tattletale" above, I had previous calls from 760-546-9388  Looks like old spammers switching up their numbers again.
