Had a missed call from this number today I called back and automated message said number was out of service, I am in southern Ireland, find this odd!

If they are calling your cell phone add them to your block list or  create a contact and assign "no sound" for a ringtone.  My blocked number is full so I have to use the latter method.  They can call all they want now...does not bother me.

The call came from Carlsbad, CA near San Diego. Nobelcom has offices there.  The lady had a strong accent that I couldn't place. They asked me to call Nobelcom customer service at 888-326-6235. So I looked up Nobelcom's customer service number on their website, which gave me 888-520-9215. It appears they have more than one customer service number. First I tried to log into my account with Nobelcom, but it said it did not have my email user name.  So I called the number on the website, just to be safe.  It turns out that I should have tried logging into EnjoyPrepaid.com. They called my home number (which is linked to my account) because my balance had gone below my alert level and my old credit card number was no longer active.

As to why they call at weird hours, it could be that they are actually being patched in through San Diego from the Phillipines and they can't keep track of their (international) customers' time zones.  They also need to train their phone reps to speak more slowly and with better pronunciation.

I live in NY and I keep getting missed calls and messages about an international account. I receive a message that the number is out of service when I try to return their calls. These are fraudulent sales calls.

Got a call from a guy who speaks unclearly, could not understand his name or the company name. Claims that I bought something with a credit card that did not go through and if I want to have it I need to call back and reorder. Obviously a scam to get credit card details
