For the past 2 weeks, this company has been calling several times a day. If I pick up the phone and hold for a second, the person/machine hangs up right away.

Getting calls every day from this number. It been going on for 2 weeks. I pick up and they hang up or they say my name, I confirm and then, they hang up. Who are these rude people?

I say we blast their inbox with strongly worded e-mails at: support@zaptel.com

(It's the only contact info I got when I searched their number online.)

This number is  harrassing me!  How do we get them to stop?

I got a call its nobelcom.com if you had bought calling card for international phone calls and if your card was declined or some other clarification they will clear it up. Its not suspicious its just probably annoying that I got a call on a sunday around 7 pm

This number is from Nobel Com, a provider of prepaid calling cards.  If you're getting a call from this number it probably means they are trying to verify your information for a credit card or billing transaction of some kind.  Best to answer it and see why they are calling... especially if you haven't ordered any prepaid calling cards... it could give you an early warning sign that someone is fraudulently using your credit card.

No worries on this number... they aren't debt collectors.  :)
