Candace from 'home comfort' solicitor. You can tell its a robo solicitor always when after you answer there is a pause and a strange water droplet sound then they usually respond by asking you 'hello'?? What, they didn't hear me the first time? No, because their robo dial connection speed has a lag time. I usually hang up or just remain quiet to  what I can hear on their end and report them

got a call about rats. then they hung up. I called the number back and a girl answered and claimed she had no idea who   called but she heard about a scam.  I am reporting this number.
