I got the same thing as all of you except it got a little scarier!!!  In this case, I am an assistant and the number called my boss's line.  When I heard the voice message I returned the call (though I was quite sure it was fake I just wanted to be diligent).  A Middle Eastern man answered "US Department of Treasury".  When I said I had received a message to call this number he immediately went into his whole thing about how there is a warrant out for my arrest, etc.  I stopped him and said "Wait, but I have not even given you my name or number, how do you know who you're talking to?"  He dismissed me and said he did not need to know my name as he knew I was a very bad person.  Then it got weird....
I guess I kind of chuckled at his pause, stammer and response when I asked how he knew who was calling.  That chuckle made him very very angry.  His voice and demeanor changed and he said "Do NOT laugh you filthy American woman! I want you to cry.  You should be crying.  Cry for me.  CRY!!!!"  Then he told me to get dressed because the police would be at my door in 45 minutes....
The Filthy American Woman line ticked me off a little bit so I decided to have a little fun with him.  I fake cried and begged him to tell me what I could do!  He said to get dressed and ready to go to prison.  I then turned on my sultry voice and said, "But i have no clothes on!  They can't come take me yet, I'm all naked!!!"
Again his voice and demeanor changed, this time into a creepy, soft, scary voice and he said, "Get in the bath, put your head back, wash your hair, clip your fingernails, do your hair, put on makeup, and be ready for them to come."  He drew out each thing he said very slowly and creepy!!!  I decided I was wasting too much time and that was when I said "You know what you are doing is against the law and I will be reporting you?"  (I filed a complaint on the number)  He hung up as soon as I said the word illegal I am pretty sure and the strangest part is now my number is blocked when I try to call.
Anyways!  YIKES!  It is obviously fake but I could see how a little old lady would get scared and trapped into providing info.  I forgot to mention that this is the 5th or 6th time my boss has gotten this voicemail and it is always the same guy!!!!
The call is fake, but his hatred and rage are very VERY real.  Scary.

Got a call from this number.  Left a mesage with the same garbage about the Treasury Department and failure to return the call would land me in jail.  Has had this same person call with different numbers being displayed and the same thing.  Told him the last time he called that I knew he was a scammer and he got extrremely irate.  I hung up on him and he called right back yelling at me about hanging up on him and I said I was going to do it again and I did.  He didn't call back from that number.  The IRS or the Treasury Department will NEVER call you about a tax problem.  You will always get notified by mail.

Yeah, I got one, too. "Help us help you"...lol.

Haven't seen this number before today. From the above posts, I'm glad I missed the called. These scammers need to get a life.

Got the same message, India, Russian I don't know and don't care but totally over these phone scams. Wish they would just leave me alone.
