This caller is from a auto dialer with a recorded message stating a pre-approved lower monthly payment for a possible loan forgiveness on your student loan is due. The funny thing is most of the people that get these calls are not students and do not have loans. If this were real this type of call would be targeted to only people that actually were in this situation.

Received a recorded message but did not understand what it said.  I called the number back and got an amateurish recording (sounds like in a bathroom) saying, "Press 9 to be put on the do not call list."
