Two different caller IDs (both city names) for the same number? June Lake and Lee Vining are within 20 miles of each other, so it's not ENTIRELY impossible, but still ... I smell a scam (I also find it curious that both city names are also plausible personal names).
The location listed (Carlsbad, Encinitas, Apple Valley) is a little misleading; the 760 area code is HUGE by California standards, and encompasses most of inland California up to about the "bend". It's sort of like saying "Country Code: 1 (Hawaii, Alaska)". It's not WRONG, but it's misleading.
