This guys needs to be put in jail!

(760) 203-4807 Scam: Joe Miller from Department of Legal Affairs threatening legal action.  Non-American - couldn't speak proper English.  He also called from (951) 643-8943.  Since I'm tired of all these foreigners invading my home, and since my state and government can't help me, I decided to make a bold move:

I now have these phone numbers being forwarded to the State Attorney's phone number.  I was able to do this because I have Selective Call Forwarding with my Comcast service.  Let's see if anything gets done about these callers now.  I got 39 calls in 5 minutes from the (760) 203-4807 phone number yesterday.  To say the very least, that broke my camels back!!!  Now, either they will willingly, on their own, take my number off the list, or..., the State Attorney might come up with something to resolve this issue.  Who knows.  We shall see.

Scam, call from David Cooper from Legal Affairs.  The call was for someone who lived here prior to us alleging he needs to call to avoid legal action.

Thanks!  I received a voice message from the same number with a female identifying herself as Jordan Miller.  Before calling I read your post.  The woman had a very thick accent and I can barely understand her.  Right away she asked me for my name and phone number.  I made up a fake Jamaican name and phone number then told her to go pound sand!

Today I received a call from 760-203-4807  identifying himself as being from the dept. of legal affairs and requesting to talk to a person who no longer lives here.  Certain this was a fraud call, I literally screamed at him calling him a few choice words and telling him I knew this was a hoax and where he could go from here. I'm really fed up with the number of hoax calls we've received in the past year.  I also have put a block on this phone number as I have on the other numbers that have hosted fraudulent calls.  Not sure what else I can do about this.
