Phone ID says 'NAME NOT FOUND'. Left no message. And called in the past with the same number but 858 as the area code...scumbags!!

CID says "NAME UNAVAILABLE". I dont think 174 is a valid prefix. # blocked. 4th SCAM call today and it's only 2:30. These calls are out of control! JERKS!
