Not at home. They left an unintelligible message (in the beginning) so that it is not possible to identify who is calling, by company name. Suspect it is Midland Credit Company, who has been making middle of the night calls, lately, and has been reported to the appropriate federal and state agencies. The recorded message says a complaint has been filed against (me) and that they have been "retained" to serve you with documents to appear at either your residence or your place of employment..." Obviously, this is a scam. No identifier information is given to let the call recipient know who is filing the so-called "complaint". Just phone numbers to call, which is what most scammers want, because it will indicate a "live" sucker, if we were to call back. Then, the phone endless scammer phone calls would be even more relentless. Since they did not identify themselves (to keep the FTC and FCC from being able to file a case against them), we will not respond. We already have a pending case against a previous caller for 3 mid-night and after phone calls that will now cost the callers $1000 per incident, plus damages, for breaking the law, by calling before 8 am and after 9 pm.
