This number called me at about 7pm tonight. He said they got to pick my raffle ticket from the Baltimore Autoshow I attended last month (feb 2012). He wants me to have a 3 way call with my husband so he can explain the details of the "supposed " prize of which a Williamsburg vacation, $125 visa gift card and Orlando florida vacation. Told him my husband is not home and he can call me after 30 mins just in time my husband gets home. But actually, i told him this so i can get a research or feedback on this begore I entertain the caller's promotion. And thanks to you guys who posted here! Now I know! This number is blocked on my phone :)

They call saying they are a reservation desk and that they are looking for the winner of an entry form that was filled out. That person wasn't available and they won't let you call back. Called at 9:55 PM.

Called twice.  Left a message at 6:30 pm and said that I won a free vacation and $125.  Claims I filled out an entry form to do so when I know I did not.  He said his name was Matthew Alexander and that he'd call back at 8:15 pm.
