He is a fraud he tries to scare people into paying he says he is with a legal department which is a [***] lie I did my research and he is gonna give that company a bad reputation don't become a victim because of his lies

I also received a call regarding a pending "civil investigation" as did my 90 year-old father.   It is all a lie and a fraud, and they should be stopped!

Mr. Moore said I was a possible contact for a Whitley Tucker and he needed to speak with that person regarding a civil litigation investigation.

Debt collection extortion scam, very popular with these felons right now.  They have associated your phone number with this person, probably because some website erroneously posted that knew this person.
