Trip Advsisor, can you hear me alright?  I just hung up and blocked the number

I keep getting repeated calls from this number, it goes on for several minutes. Call after call.

First a message "This is a recorded line."  Then the caller said: " This is Joe from the Medicare Help Center, can you hear me?"  When I asked Joe who he wanted to talk to...he hung up!

They call repeatedly, several times a day- sometimes twice in one hour but never leave a msg.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
