I am getting lots of local calls that are robo calls. I am in the 757 area code and this is really getting annoying. I did not answer and no message left

Call received on cell phone, nothing on caller ID but the number. A search turned up that it is in the Virginia Beach area. For fun I called it back via Skype and got a very patchy robovoice saying "thanks for calling. The survey you called is complete" or something like that. I was surprised this got no hits on 800 Notes but some other sites suggest it's various kinds of scams.

Call to my cellphone from 757-213-2822 on 1/3/2017 @ 12:13PM. Rejected call. Had also received call from same area code on Dec 14 but didn't answer. I live on West Coast.

I just got a call from this number I answer and they hang up before saying a word. .

I called ut back and it said thank you the survey is complete, gave me the option to remove my number. Very creepy. Blocking number now.
