Been getting these calls for weeks when I answer is prerecorded message saying from Irs and you will be arrested today it was on my answering machine.

Got one ring then it was intercepted or blocked. Caller ID showed "Out of Area" I have all those blocked as well as all "Unavailable" and similar caller IDs.

Answered this was a recorded message claiming to be the IRS letting me know the have filled a case of fraud against me. It instructed me to call them to make arrangements before I'm arrested.
