In my opinion, this caller is a harasser.  Most-likely a con-artist using some kind of primitive auto-dialer software looking to scam personal information from people.  This firm, unlisted in public records, enjoys phoning EARLY in the morning to disrupt your sleep patterns, then sits silently and waits for you to hang up.  Probably a SPAM dialer and too many people are picking up the phone and with ONE CREEP sitting behind all these calls that's why he NEVER picks up.  It's creepy.  I have filed a criminal complaint with the FBI for investigation given I am a Federal employee.  I have also contacted the FCC with a complaint, and engaged a civil lawyer to sue them EACH AND EVERY time they call for $11,000 per-call.  They have been ADVISED IN THE PAST "DO NOT CALL".  Yet, they keep calling.  It will stop and they WILL PAY civil and criminal penalties.  In the meantime, just keep blocking each incremental extension they use to harass you.  By the way, I have ZERO outstanding debts, so this cannot be a debt-collector.

ENOUGH ALREADY.  If you'd like to join a class-action lawsuit against this entity contact the FBI ( West Palm Beach Office ).

Just got a call from them this morning at 9:19am. My husband got a similar call asking for the last 4 of my social!!!

I knew it was a robo call. I called back waited for someone to answer. Told him not to call again. Blocked the number. These kinds of people buy a dozen Majic Jak numbers and no one monitors what they use numbers for. It's getting out of hand. The fellow who contacted FCC is right.
