Things to believe:

• "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch."
• If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
• You have not won big bucks from a benign benefactor, a pot of pesos from PCH, dinero from a doctor, a car from a caller, or a grant from a gracious government
• The tooth fairy really does not exist
• Everything you read on the internet or hear on the phone is not necessarily true.
• It is illegal to ask for money for a loan or prize, before awarding the loan or prize!
• "Free Trips" are loaded with mandatory & costly extras, and you usually must give them your card number after listening to a loooong spiel at a hotel.
• Microsoft or a different famous software company, or one of their agents did NOT cold call you to fix your computer.
• The moon is not made of green cheese.
• The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
• Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
• If you Vanilla Card, GreenDot, MoneyGram, Western Union or use any gift/money  card to send money to a scammer, the money is gone.
• You should beware of Geeks bearing gifts, specially if the gift is a wooden horse with termites, or a statement that your computer is infected.
• 876 is NOT your lucky number, and it will cost you money to call that area code!
• The number you see on your Caller ID may not be the number of the person who called you!
• The Do Not Call List works as intended.  It is NOT a call blocker!

754-206-5646 is the Voip number in Fort Lauderdale, FL (or Nigeria, take your pick) of "AgentJames12" of the Federal "Health and human service Compensation Appeals Board" - HCAB. You can also visit Agent James on his Facebook Site at https://www.facebook.com/Agentjames12/  This Scambastard is running a freshened up and even more convincing update of the classic Federal Grant Scam. He hacks someone's Facebook account and locks them out with a new password, then messages all of that person's friends, pretending to be the FB account owner. He tells them he has just received his money from HCAB delivered direct to his door by UPS, and that he saw their name on the winners list the UPS driver had. He asks his victim if they have received THEIR money yet, and gives them his phone number to call and claim it before it is given to someone else.
Once the victim calls him on the phone he tells them they can still claim their money today, but the money from HCAB is almost gone! You must transfer $1,200 from your bank account to cover the administrative fees & delivery of your cold hard cash. He also conveniently takes credit cards and may be persuaded to accept iTunes giftcards when you scrape the back of them and give him the activation codes.
A well planned scam, but Agent James doesn't speak good English, nor can he spell. He will accept your $1,200 just as soon as you can get it to him so he can arrange for your $200,000 in cash to be delivered the same day!
If you don't like dealing with male Agents, you could also visit an un-named female agent at https://www.facebook.com/healthandhumanserviceCompensationAppealsBoard/ where a bunch of photos of Mark Zuckerberg and the Facebook staff appear to be the money-gods that have provided you the opportunity for a cash windfall. I mean, if you can't trust Mark Zuckerberg, who CAN you trust???   LOL
The ABOUT page claims about HCAB that  "This is an empowerment program hosted by the Federal Government Grant Department and it was supported by the Facebook Foundations to help the Disabilities and the older ones for Retired Support." There are several other Scambastards out there just starting up with this same scam, but the two I've documented for you will be happy to take all your hard-earned money that you are willing to send them! You won't even have to shop around.....
