Received a call from this # stating he was a Verizon Customer Service 'Manager' and in review of accounts, he saw that we are about to lose over $400 in credits if we don't re-sign our agreement with them today.  I advised them we don't have Verizon - he continued to talk over me stating I didn't know about the account and who else was here that he could speak with.  I advised him again that we're not interested and he began yelling.  I hung up on him.  He continued to call back every 5 minutes for the next 25 minutes!  What a hosebag!
