It is not DNC. I am an independent and I am getting them. I don't give anyone my number and it is not listed anywhere under my name. It is just a scam. Was getting the Justice Dept/IRS ones a few weeks ago. Delete and block

(740) 720-3212 left spam robocall voice mail about student loan relief. We don't have any student loans, and our number is in the DNC registry so it's likely a scam.

Received phone call in middle of day. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.

Came through as a missed Facetime call in the middle of the day while I was teaching. Unreal.
