Answered & they hung up.

Comes up as Service Dept. No message.

Ph rang  3 times before answering machine picked up. They left no message. I called back 1 hour later or so and got a recorded message asking if I wanted to be placed on their "do not call list" then press 1, which I did. Also, the recording said it may take up to 48 hrs to go into effect. Never once did the recording identify who or what it was that was calling my exchange. All it will say is what I said above. It smells like a scam operation to me!

Either selling under false pretenses, or seeking your personal info for their use.
    Female recorded voice with a phony spiel about "Obamacare" (uses this term repeatedly during the message); says you can get affordable health insurance, press 1 to speak with a representative; or "if you're already enrolled in Obamacare press 2"
    When you google this number, you'll see complaints about 740-475-2660 dating back a couple years, sometimes using the same falsified caller ID "SERVICE DEPT"

My post is the same as the post above from Lemme A Lone.  This number called and is an OBAMACARE voice message.  They are seeking information.  My advice is to ignore or block - if you can. Caller ID said SERVICE DEPT.
