Number appeared on cell phone bill (for my son) making a 6 calls.  Possible butt dial for the first, but bill shows multiple calls originating from my phone in Toronto.  740 area code is in Mt. Vernon Ohio.  We have blocked the number and will be contacting our cell provider.
