Call from unrecognized "740" number, got calls from other "740" numbers about Value care and Obama care insurance. Others received recent hang-ups typical of spammers. Suspect a new spoof number to circumvent blocking. I will report to FTC.

Praise Jebus for caller ID.  I NEVER pick up if I don't recognize the caller.

I'm all for circumventing blockage - thank you for making our country safer by reporting this to the FTC.

Just recd call from this number and it is a recording offering free emergency notification equipment and shipping for seniors over 65, in cases of falls, medical emergency, robbery, etc.   Press 1 to verify address, hung up at that point.
