Calls several times a week at inconvenient times, never leaves a message. Suspect it's related to another Ohio number that kept calling.

Male caller, sounded like his mouth was full of marbles. Extremely difficult to understand. Claimed to be calling on behalf of the state of Utah, a claim which I find suspicious, and asked for Lucy Cassandra, whom I've never heard of. Said he'd get the number removed.
