Caller ID said cvg dept. no msg.

Would not state who was calling.  Scam??

I talked to the lady I could not understand what she was saying ask her if she can hold on and I would try to get someone who could maybe understand her
she hung up

Called and lady was difficult to understand.  Calling about warranty on my vehicle.  Asked her to not call again and remove my number from the calling list.  Received a call this afternoon from a different phone #513-725-4175 about my cars warranty.  Asked the guy calling to not call again and take my # off of his list.  What is going on!
