Today my father called me and they contacted him stating that they have paperwork for me to sign.  He told them ok I would get a hold of her.  He called me and gave me the phone number while I was talking to him I looked up the number and saw it was a fax number to Delaware County court house.  I told my father this and he said yep it is a scam.  I have been dealing with this group of scam artist at least every six months stating I had a online payday loan that I had deposite into an account in Dec of 2007 then another person told me that it was July of 2008 and the IP was to my old appartment I had.  Needless to say I moved out of that appartment in June of 2007 because I was deploying and I told them to server me the papers because what I have to prove them wrong the judge would laugh at them also the account they told me that the money was deposite into and payments where taken out was closed in Dec 2006 due to my ex-husband gettin ga hold of my account information on child support papers and taking money out of my account so there is no way money can be depostie ingto an account that was closed.  They now call me asking me to give them my last four before they will give me any detail so I tell them well if you have that inofmation you tell me what it is and they hang up.  They are know to call from several numbers one number they called from was listed at the FBI buliding in DC.
