two calls. I answer. No reply.

Calls 12 times in July, no immediate answer, however, said "hello" twice then ID'd themselves as firemens something. I had them before they claim only one-time ask for help with donations, but comes back to ask for more within a 60 day period. False. I tell them I have a tight budget they will not take no for an answer.

Keeps calling several times a day and about everyother day all month for two months now ... Don't say anything but after fourth time says something about donations to train first responders and new fire men .. Tell them I'm on fixed income and can't afford to donate.. But keeps calling anyway

This is a scam, and giving them "excuses" as to why you can't donate, you are encouraging them to keep trying.  It doesn't matter what your financial reasons are.  Simply say no, I am not interested.  Tell them in no uncertain terms to stop calling.  Report them, if they continue to call since they are required by law to stop calling you when told to do so.  Also consider buying a call blocking device.

Continue calling even during inconvenient hours.
