Called and left no message.  Based on the number's proximity to my own, the day/time, and the fact that this number is associated with a private person on records, I believe this was a SPOOFED robocall by a spam ring.  In other words, the owner of this number doesn't know anything about the call, and someone is faking the number when they robocall people in the same area.

Either that, or Richard P from Livonia fat-fingered a phone number and called me by mistake.  You never know.
