The operator said it was GE Home Security. She was pleasant, but when I told her I was busy at work, she apologized, said she'd call back at another time, and hung up. I didn't even get a chance to tell her not to, but at least I know to ignore the call now.

Claimed to be Jerry with GE sec systems looking for home adv in my neighborhood.  Wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to decline services and future calls.  Knew to ask for me by 1st name.....

The lady before she transferred me to her representative, asked for a member of my family by first name. Stated she was calling from Safe Guard Security, and we could get a free system if I let them put their sign in my yard for advertisement. And wanted to know if my present system worked at all. Stated they didn't have a tech. in my area this week, but would call me back for next week.  (Representative said his name was Paul).

Received a call from this number on 1-22-16. When I answered a woman began asking if we would like to have Safe Gaurd Security system installed for free if we'd display a sign in our yard. When I responded that I didn't have a land line she just over talked me continuing with her spill. I said "Are you a computer generated voice "she replied no but she had s script to follow and was transferring me to a sales rep. Told her no but she did anyhow so I just hung up and blocked the number.
