Someone named "Amando" wants a babysitter for a 14 months old son. Supposedly they got my info on care.com
They want me to email them at amando@aol.com for more details

Typical hiring scam.  Will eventually want to send you a large check and have you wire money somewhere to pay some other person.  The check will be no good and you will be out the money and the bank fees.  They get a lot of their info from that care.com site.
