The calls are from DTE Energy. I've received them if I was a little late on my bill. It's a reminder but they don't leave messages, why I don't know.

2 calls from this number on my cell. No voicemail, they just hang up. I'm blocking.

Recorded message: claims to be an urgent call from DTE (local natural gas delivery service and electricity supplier company). No details just 1-800 callback #. Probably one of their gas meter test subcontractors misbehaving. They come around every couple of years with a hard sell to get in the house and check the meter. Obviously paid by the meter, you can tell by their demeanor and tactics. I'll record it next time and let DTE know.
