Never leaves message, will not even say anything to you on the phone. I get these at least once a week and my bills paid i full

Calls 4 and 5 times a day I had my Dte service [***] off have not elrecieved the final bill and it's not even late it's $26 these people are insane and if u don't give ss number to them they ask for last 4 of dl# people rude saying courtesy call it's not courteous to call someone before the bill is recieved or die and demand payment for a closed acct of $26 send me the bill first duh

This is a DTE "Courtesy Call".  This is a bunch of @#$%!!.  I moved from an apt and closed out the account. The bill is not due for another 3 weeks. My bills were always paid on time. They called 'To See' if I wanted to take care of the bill before the time.  THIS IS NOTHING BUT AN COLLECTION CALL BEFORE THE FLIPPIN' BILL IS DUE!!!!.  DTE SUCKS!!   This is abuse of the highest form under the guise of customer service!

Multiple Caller!! OMG! They called trying to sweat me for payment for a final bill when it isn't even due yet!! What a bunch of [***]!!
