These people are apparently "robo-calling" numbers. They have called my VoIP number and when I call back the number on the Caller ID it can't place the call ...
I wish this sort of unwanted calling could be stopped ...

Just got a call it was a recording. I called back recording stated call could not be completed. It was in Spanish, so I did not understand the recording.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone as well. This is a number only my immediate family knows! I was not able to answer the phone in time so don't know who it was, no message, unknown number.
