Its a staffing company that acts like its in New Jersey, but the operations are really in India.  They have a bunch of rent by the day addresses scattered around the United States listed on their web contact page.  No phone numbers for those remote locations that serve no purpose other than to convince the novice job seeker that it is an international operation.  In the past two years, there has been a string of these 'staffing companies' that are really operations out of India.  Its probably the same single operation.
