Just received call from 732-907-2112-didn't answer it as I don't answer a number I don't know-caller id said discount center-I am on do not call list

I already did! They said they can't do anything until they get a lot of calls on this.

Number now says Congratulations, you have been selected to save money on your utility bills....press 3 to be taken off the list. I didn't press 3 because I didn't want the people at the company to think that there was a live person at the other end of the line as a lead, although I shouldn't have picked up the phone in the first place. I thought it was my doctor's office, for God's sake!!! Do I have to screen every damn call I get?!?
