They call me every day and when I finally answered they hung up without saying anything

This is a scam call, the man says his name is Joe and offers me rooms on a cruise. He calls everyday, how do i report him.

I keep on receiving unwanted telephone calls from this number. Today, I answered the telephone after three (3) calls. The man said his name was Joe and he offered me a room on a cruise ship. I told him I was on the Do Not Call registry and he hung up the telephone.
