SCAMMERS claim to be Joe Gall and even have a picture of some ugly dude that shows up.
It's a scam, fraud, whatever.  Don't bother answering.

Received call from same number though my CID says it's Clifford Tobin.  Checked out the phone number and it belongs to Luigi's Pizza in New Jersey.  I don't think I would order pizza from them as I live too far away for delivery.

Caller ID says unavailable .  They left no message and I didn't pick up.

Just got a call from 732-867-5309 which CID showed was Clifford Tobin. Upon checking, the number appears to be registered to Luigi's Pizza in New Jersey, so it was probably spoofed. I doubt Luigi's would be calling me in Virginia to try to sell me a pizza. Needless to say, I did not answer the call.It has to be a scam.
